I needed assistance to ensure I purchased the correct size (in Canadian sizing). The sweaters I purchased used EU sizing only. I left a note on my order outlining the two sizes I needed. The next morning a customer service representative responded advising I had chosen incorrectly and made a recommendation. This was greatly appreciated and made my interaction with The Irish Store a positive experience!

This is follow up to a review I wrote about an order I placed on August11 for a personalized necklace. There was an issue with the engraver and they neglected to follow up with The Irish Store. Once I was able to make contact with a representative they were in constant contact with me to update the progress of my order. I am in Idaho and the item is coming from Ireland, so to connect by phone is tricky due to time difference. I advised them it was a graduation gift for a family member leaving the country to attend college in Ireland. They refunded my payment for expedite shipping and were willing to get the item to the student in Ireland if they left the country before i received the necklace. The bottom line is they were diligent in trying to correct the delay which wasn't their fault. I worked in customer service and am really pleased with the followup. I would order again from them.

It just does not get any better than this store. First, shipping is outstanding - very fast and reliable. Next, the product, a Merino wool sweater was well made, soft, and fit perfectly. The price was on Sale - based on my experience, wait until just before Labor Day for the best prices - of course, the selection is somewhat limited - but there is more than enough to choose from.

Extremely impressed with my first purchase from this store. The sweater was on special so even with the postage to Australia it was an excellent bargain. Delivery was quite incredible – ordered on August 10, and arrived on my doorstep in Perth, Australia on August 28. The sweater itself is absolutely beautiful - could not be more pleased. Thank you to all the folk at The Irish Store.

My issue with multiple shipments was quickly resolved. It was great to have a helpful person on the phone getting my tracking information sorted (thanks Paulina).

I am a recently new customer from Australia that has placed three orders. On each occasion I have been impressed by the prompt processing of the orders and fast delivery. On the last order, I had problems with the website accepting my order at checkout so I contacted the Irish Store by email for assistance. Within a few hours I had received a reply and I was able to complete my purchase. The products and service are excellent.

I have had nothing but a good experience with purchasing sweaters and hats from The Irish Store. The quality of their products is outstanding and they may have some incredibly low prices. Ordering online is quite easy and shipping is prompt.
Very recently I ordered 3 sweaters during their up to 75% clearance sale. Exactly one week later, I found out they were also offering free shipping for just a few days. I contacted them to simply mention I had placed my order one week too soon. I received an email saying that they would offer me a partial credit for the postage. That is an example of great customer service aimed at keeping customers happy. I recommend The Irish Store without reservation.

The Irish Store is excellent to deal with. They have a wonderful selection with equally great prices. They ship fast and it is always exciting to open their packages. Their customer service is second to none. My barometer for CS is LL Bean and the Irish Store has much better CS than them.
If you have not purchased from them, it is your loss.
